Since opening, San Diego Site Pros has designed and executed more than 300 events, from small events of 25 to 1,500 guests.

The team has orchestrated events in San Diego and Costa Mesa, CA, and East Coast Region.

In 2011, San Diego Site Pros created two divisions, Event Planning Pros specializing in event management, and Hotel Site Pros specializing in providing hotel lodging for individuals and groups across the country. 

Our professional team handles events such as conference, expo, meeting, seminar, fundraising, appreciation party, grand opening, award, golf tournament and more.

San Diego Site Pros orchestrates every element of the event, starting with theme development, customized program, marketing and promotion, budget and venue/vendor coordination.

Event Planning Pros is a division of San Diego Site Pros, Inc. established  in 2005 by Helna Correll and Jonathan Correll.  San Diego Site Pros Team, led by Helna Correll, has worked with various clients including small and large business, corporations, non-profit organizations, associations, public and government agencies.  Her team has helped them to present successful and professional-grade events by effective management of event resources and achieve events goals.  Her passion is helping customers achieve their goals and objectives, and return on events (ROE).  With over 34 years of combined hospitality experience in event and meeting management, and hotel sales and operations, her team is equipped to handle events of all sizes.
